How to file

Raise it in the Help Centre
Use the Help or Contact Us option in the Flipkart app or website and keep the ticket number.

Write to the grievance officer
If the ticket is not resolved, use the grievance officer details on the official page below. The E-Commerce Rules require a grievance officer to be named and the complaint to be acknowledged within 48 hours.

The helpline takes your complaint to the company. Quote your ticket and order number.
