How to file

    Complain to the bank in writing

    Use State Bank of India (SBI)'s complaint channel and keep the complaint number. The official page below lists the levels of escalation.

    Go up the bank's levels

    If the first level does not solve it, escalate to the next levels named on the bank's page, such as the nodal officer and the principal nodal officer.

  3. 3

    Go to the RBI Ombudsman

    If the bank has not replied within 30 days or you are not satisfied, file free at cms.rbi.org.in.

  4. 4

    For fraud, act the same day
