CPGRAMS is the government's online grievance portal. Your complaint goes to the department concerned and you can track it with a registration number.

How to file

Register on the portal
Sign up at pgportal.gov.in and choose the ministry or department.

Describe the problem and attach proof
Say what you applied for, when, and what happened. Attach receipts or letters.

Track it and appeal
Use the registration number to follow it. If the reply does not solve the issue, file an appeal on the portal.
