EPFiGMS is the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation's online grievance system. You register once, get a number and can follow the reply.
What it handles
- PF claim or transfer pending or rejected
- KYC, name or date of birth mismatch
- Employer not depositing contributions
How to file

Fix the basics first
Check the claim status on the member portal and correct KYC or bank details if that is the reason.

Register a grievance
Open EPFiGMS, choose your category, enter your UAN or claim details and describe the problem.

Keep the registration number
Use it to check status and to escalate.

Escalate
Write to the Regional PF Commissioner or use CPGRAMS if there is no reply.
