Passport Seva: track your passport and file a grievance
Updated 2026-10 · General information, not legal advice.
Passport Seva is the official portal for passport applications, status tracking and grievances. Most delays come from police verification or a pending document.

Use the grievance or query option on the portal, or write to the Regional Passport Officer with your file number.
- 4
Escalate on CPGRAMS
If there is no action, file on CPGRAMS under the Ministry of External Affairs.
Key facts
