Common questions
Can I complain to Rajasthan RERA about an unregistered project?
The Act mainly covers registered projects; for others an advocate can advise on a consumer case or civil suit.
Is this different from a consumer complaint?
Yes. You can choose RERA or the Consumer Commission; talk to an advocate before running both for the same claim.
