AirSewa: complain about an airline or airport

AirSewa is the Ministry of Civil Aviation's portal for passenger grievances. It forwards your complaint to the airline or airport and tracks the reply.

How to file

Complain to the airline first
Use the airline's own grievance channel and keep the complaint number.

Register on AirSewa
If it is not resolved, register with your booking details, dates and the issue.

Track it
Use the grievance number to follow the reply.

Go to the Consumer Commission if needed
For refund and compensation, send a notice and file at e-Jagriti.
